There are two parts to the building – the residential accommodation is in the main part of the House, and the camping facilities are in the Annex and the adjoining field. All areas have access for people with disabilities.
The residential House accommodation is fully equipped and sleeps 30 people in a purpose built, centrally heated, comfortable brick house suitable for use at any time of year. The large general purpose hall is suitable as a dining room and for activities, and has a sink for craft activities. There are plenty of stackable tables and chairs, and poster walls along two walls.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble drier are available.
'The indoor accommodation has a total of 30 beds, consisting of two dorms each sleeping 12 people in bunks, plus one room with en-suite disabled facilities sleeping 2 people in bunks, plus a Leaders rooms sleeping up to 4 people in bunks.
There are toilets, washing and shower facilities.
